Christine Steere is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Director and Principal of First National Real Estate Warrnambool.
Christine boasts as many as three decades of experience as a Commercial and Residential real estate agent and holds a wealth of business experience.
Christine starts First National Real Estate Warrnambool to meet the need for an agency to build client relationships with well trained, long term and knowledgeable staff. The aim is to consistently deliver first class client services with a personal touch where required.
With regularly providing updates on legislative information and property market analysis, Christine keeps her radar on the local real estate market with her clients benefiting from this knowledge. Christine is supported by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and is an accredited member. She is proud to follow an industry Code of Conduct and Rules of Practice in acting ethically, honestly and fairly.
She has managed and grown 3 property management rent roles, has been a trainer, business development manager and mentor to staff members in the real estate industry and ensures that her team completes certified training and undertakes Continuing Professional Development programs.
Christine enjoys the people, the negotiation and the interaction associated with her job. Meeting so many different personalities and transacting in interesting deals, together with mentoring and giving opportunity to young staff, keeps Christine motivated.
She works collaboratively with clients to find solutions and creates value by helping them to achieve their investment objectives.
Christine has sat on several community committees and boards over the years, including school boards, neighbourhood watch, basketball, Football Netball Club and as acting Chair of Warrnambool Basketball Inc. and currently, WBI board member and REIV committee member.
Christine has lived and raised her family in Warrnambool and holds a passion for our city and its exciting improvements and changes. She will always continue to study real estate/property services and holds qualifications in Real Estate, Business Management and Leadership.
She intends to challenge herself professionally by extending the business to offer a range of commercial and residential leasing and investment services not currently on offer to investors in the area.
Christine is an industry leader and represents the western district as one of 8 members nominated in Victoria to sit on the Real Estate Institute of Victoria Residential Property Management Chapter committee.
Christine has recently completed the Advanced Leadership Program through a scholarship provided by Women in Leadership Australia. Christine is looking forward to collaborating and growing her leadership capabilities.
